  • Previous interviews with the client to establish a starting point, and the deficits and set of problems that are to be treated.
  • Detection of parallel sets of problems and joint assessment with the client.
  • Submission of a personalized card of each assistant with all necessary dates for the correct application of the training (hierarchical position in the organization, personnel responsibility, other responsibilities, daily tasks, etc. ).
  • Facilitation of the training.
  • After each module a personalized tutorship with the assistants is held in order to know the development potential and to propose adequate solutions for each case in particular.
  • Final meeting of reflection.
  • Conclusions of the facilitated training.
  • Submission of a final report for the client, in which all group dynamics, utilized systemic methodology, detected sets of problems and designed solutions are provided.
