Continuous working days of 6/8 hours used as an immediate action plan for a localized set of problems and focused on a defined setting. Methodology:
- Previous interview with the client in order to establish a starting-point, deficits and the set of problem to be treated.
- Detection of parallel set of problems and appraisal with the client.
- Facilitation of the intensive formative action.
- Personalized tutorship with the assistants in order to know their weaknesses and to propose adapted solutions in each case in particular.
- Conclusions and reflection.
- Submission of a final report to the client, specifying the group dynamics, the utilized systemic methodology, the detected problems and solutions to deal with them.
