- Previous interview with the client in order to establish the set of problems to be treated.
- Detection of the current situation vs. the desired situation.
- Analysis of the “public objective” (localization / departments, current formative level, level of experiences, implication, etc.)
- Establishment of objectives.
- Establishment of timing.
- Establishment of the adequate methodology in each case in particular.
- Development of the formative plan.
- “In time” analysis of the obtained results during the simultaneous development and re-adaptation if necessary.
- Final evaluation of all involved parts.
- Submission of a final report for the client, specifying the group dynamics, utilized systemic methodology, detected problems and solutions to deal with them.
