Training Plans

We help our clients to establish formative priorities, focused on the foster of existing talent in its organization and to develop training plans according to the personnel`s structure and needs. In close cooperation with the department of HR we define fields of action, timing and desired outcomes.

Methodology:

  • Previous interview with the client in order to establish the set of problems to be treated.
  • Detection of the current situation vs. the desired situation.
  • Analysis of the “public objective” (localization / departments, current formative level, level of experiences, implication, etc.)
  • Establishment of objectives.
  • Establishment of timing.
  • Establishment of the adequate methodology in each case in particular.
  • Development of the formative plan.
  • “In time” analysis of the obtained results during the simultaneous development and re-adaptation if necessary.
  • Final evaluation of all involved parts.
  • Submission of a final report for the client, specifying the group dynamics, utilized systemic methodology, detected problems and solutions to deal with them.
